Explore Chengli's special-vehicle production setting and the specification, inspection and handover questions to settle for a Nigeria or Ghana truck order.
Request a quote ↗From commercial chassis to working vehicle
Chengli's special-vehicle operations in Suizhou cover a wide variety of bodies and equipment. The manufacturing sites shown here include assembly buildings, vehicle yards and completed specialist trucks. A build may combine a commercial chassis with a tank, pump, hydraulic system, insulated body, lifting equipment or another application-specific body. The exact production route depends on the ordered model and configuration.

What should be fixed before production
Before a Nigeria or Ghana order is released, the quotation and specification should identify the chassis make and model, axle and tyre arrangement, permitted weights, steering-side requirement, body dimensions, working equipment and any selected options. Buyers should also confirm the destination and the documents needed by their freight forwarder and clearing agent. These decisions affect the build and are difficult to correct after completion.
01 — Chassis
Check wheelbase, gross vehicle weight, payload, driveline, tyres and the space available for the proposed body.
02 — Body & equipment
Specify tank or box construction, pump or hydraulic capacity, controls, access points, safety devices and serviceable components.
03 — Acceptance
Agree the measurements, functional tests, photo evidence and handover records that will be reviewed before shipment.
Factory evidence for the selected build
A factory overview cannot establish the details of a particular truck. For a confirmed order, ask for photographs or video of the actual chassis, body fabrication and completed vehicle, plus its identification details and applicable test records. If an independent inspection is required, agree its scope, timing and access before production is scheduled.

Prepare for operation after arrival
Request an equipment list, operating instructions, maintenance schedule and recommended initial spare parts for the exact chassis and body combination. Your local operator and service provider should be able to identify routine inspection points, consumables and safe operating limits before the truck begins work.
